The BlackBerry KEYone is anchored by the smart physical keyboard on the bottom half of the phone, but you still have the option to use a virtual on-screen keyboard of you so desire. It's simply a matter of heading into the phone's settings and flipping a switch.

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the notification shade.
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Swipe up to scroll down to the bottom of the settings menu.

  4. Tap Languages & input.

  5. Tap Physical keyboard.
  6. Tap the toggle switch next to Show virtual keyboard

With the virtual keyboard turned on, any time you're on a website or an app with a text field the virtual keyboard will pop up at the bottom of the screen.
