How to Downgrade Your BlackBerry Device Software Over the Wireless Network

I have BlackBerry Q10 which was upgraded this Friday Over The Air (OTA) to 10.3.1.1565 version. Due to this upgrade, i have missed lots of calls, due to low notification and call volume. Hence i want to downgrade to whatever earlier was installed on my phone. Can someone guide me on what steps i need to take to downgrade the firmware?

Please note the above given Options to downgrade are not available on my BB Q10 phone.

Kindly help ASAP.

Same issues here, well a bunch more.
The Q10 is useless with this build.
I'd like to downgrade back to 10.2.1.3247.
How do I do that?
Thanks!
