How to hide web suggestions in Universal Search on BlackBerry smartphones

A while back we took a look at how to customize your results when using Universal Search. The OS gives you the option to pick and choose what you'd like to see when searching, but how about those pesky Bing web suggestions that clutter up your search results? Well you can kill those as well with a simple check box. To disable web suggestions, simply head to Options > Device > Search then uncheck Show Web Suggestions. This will keep your BlackBerry from showing web results (unless you have them checked further down in the list) so you won't have to see them any longer.

Is there a benefit of turning them off ? I've never used it because I go straight to a google bookmark forgetting that I have this feature.

Is there way to make it into Google suggestions instead od removing the web suggestions all together?
Thanks.

I remember reading that it's Bing and Bing only since a deal might be in the works to bring Office Mobile (to replace Docs2Go Premium) in the future? However, you can enable Google as a separate search feature...just doesn't work in categories like the Bing.

The option to uncheck that is not showing up on my 9360... then again I don't have the browser history listed out like it is in the picture. It's just 1 globe icon with the number of results below it and when I click the globe icon it shows me the web suggestions. I would rather have it this way

Turning this off speeds up the universal search overall.

This only works with OS7 or 7.1......none of it on OS6
