Can you believe it? A full year has gone by since the release of the BlackBerry PlayBook. We've been through some ups and downs, but it's be an amazing year. The PlayBook has come a long way since it's initial release - seeing the addition of native PIM apps, Android app support and much more in the BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 update has made a truly awesome tablet. We just received a new 2.01 OS update as well and are on the way to see what's in store for the next year. BlackBerry World and BlackBerry 10 are right around the corner and are sure to bring some new awesomeness to our favorite tablet, so here's to hoping for another great year!

My wife loves my playbook so much that she is budgeting to get one of her own. The other big incentive is that I am traveling more and she thinks it would be great for us to video chat with the Playbook's. I couldn't agree more.

I've had the PlayBook since Christmas. Even before OS2 update, I was extremely please with it and still loving it. Everyone in the family has to compete on who gets to use it. hey Kevin and all you Berry peps out there my name is Troy and i am writing from a lil country in the Caribbean called Jamaica u may have heard of it, anyways justed wanted to share my reason for wanting a PB, i am currently 6 miles from my house cause i wanted to use the internet so i had to make the walking trip to my uncles place, see i dont have a comp or tablet of my own so i have to depend on the few family members that do have desktops. i guess that i wont win cause i am not in the US or Canada but i wanted u guys to know how much i love bb and important my bb is to me. Right now i am a university student and if it wasnt for having ma notes on ma bb i dont no how i wud be able to study at nights cause no net and or comp, i load powerpoints to ma bb and read them from there... to some they will laugh bczz they have HD flat screen and multiple tablets to work with, while i only i the screen of my bold 9000, second hand gift from a fren in the states... which i am grateful for.. i have always wanted a bigger screen to atleast study with but i could never afford it... even with the PB at 300, converted to JMD thats about 26 gran here i wouldnt be able to come up with that kinda cash atleast not with school and all these fees.... anyways guys just wanted to share ma story or atleast a part of it with u just so u can kinda understand that blackberrys are loved esp PB..... and to the winner of the contest well i say congrats to u.... maybe one day i may get lucky too..... and to ma ppl over there at crackberry keep up the good work, i always like to get the info as it gets out, we on this island appreciate ur work..... thanks for ur time .... have a good one guys....... laters !!!!

I've only had my PlayBook since Christmas but I can image not having it with me. My wife heads back to work after being on mat leave for the last 10 months while I take the next two off. The problem is that she works mostly nights and she plans on taking my PlayBook to work so she can check email, read, watch videos etc. So I won't be able to use it when the kids go off to sleep... probably the only time when I will get the chance. Would be nice to have a second one around as I am getting the shakes already just thinking about it!
