Here's a run down of how Gym Technik on your BlackBerry, lets you share your progress:

• Start a workout from the app, and it automatically tweets and updates your FB wall post, announcing you're starting your workout
• Finish your workout, and it automatically tweets and updates your FB wall post, with a message on how you feel (As in "How pumped and sore you feel")
• Enter your body weight, and it automatically tweets and updates your FB wall post, with a message that you've lost weight (or gained weight), depending on what you want to share
