Grand Theft Auto IV junkie? You may have noticed that Niko Bellic's cell phone is visually a bit on the BlackBerry-esque side. They've changed up the looks enough to avoid RIM's Ninjas from attacking and have given it a clever name like the BS... BitterSweet, but check out the BitterSweet's "Disclaimers" and "Tips" (after the jump) and I think you'll agree that the folks at Rockstar Games clearly have BlackBerry on the mind. I like the disclaimer on Outages :)

Big Thanks to soccermansjs for posting on this in the CrackBerry forums and to Rockstar Games for making such a Kick A$$ Game.

I actually picked up a PS3 last weekend! Wanted one so I could play the Formula 1 racing game (was awesome to race through the streets of Monaco before watching the real race on TV). BUT OF COURSE I ended up picking up GTAIV also.

What an addictive game! I might have to get rid of it so it doesn't cut into my CrackBerry blogging! :)

the amount of detail in their ingame berry spoof makes me want to put down wii fit and go get a ps3 to see what other goodies they have in store

DigtheBerry

I Think they were talking about me in ALL the disclaimers....

Take me away I'm a crackberry addict

soccermansjs

No problem Kevin...I think it is also fair to point out that Niko Belic doesn't use a iphone or a ifruit as it is referred to in the game.

Yeah, I almost got hit by a car the other day.......... but at least I sent that email!

This was a fun read.
Good to see they haven't lost their satirical edge with this latest effort.
Maybe one of these days I'll go buy a PS3 and play it.

Now if I could only enter cheat codes into my REAL phone. You don't know how many times I have been driving around with low health trying to find a hot dog vendor on my lunch break...

The people over at Rockstar Games must be HUGE crackberry addicts =). Only true crackberry addicts would know all those disclaimers and tips on that level of detail
