Your Google Calendar stays synchronized whether you access it from your computer or your phone. You can add or edit entries on your BlackBerry or on your Google Calendar on the web.

Hello-

I recently purchased a bold 9700 5.0 (at&t) and love it. I have however been trying diligently to get google calender sync with the BB's native calender. I saw a lot of users were having great difficulty as well. I'm stuck at the beginning though in that I can't even get the app to download on the device.

Every time I visit m.google.com/sync and have that site text my BB it just sends the aforementioned link taking me in circles.

Not to mention I'm concerned if I do get the app downloaded I'll run into similar issues described by other users.

Synching google cal to the BB's natvie cal would be excellent as I'dbe ble to be synched u pwirelessly(providced it works properly) .

Please help if possible.

Thank you and have a good day,

Chris

I see that I am not alone with Google Sync issues. I was able to at least download and install the app but when I attempt to sync I am not getting past the logging in screen. I enter my GMail address and password then select login and that s as far as I get. This is getting frustrating as it seems like that the majority of Google Apps are not very BlackBerry friendly. I have only had success with the GMail app and the Google Maps app. Nothing else worked on the Curve 8330 or now my Bold 9700. Any input/help would be appreciated.

Hutch66,
There is a patch which may resolve your issue... It is for certain BB OS'... Check for it on google's website...

Good Luck...
