Carphone Warehouse wants to kick start your game collection when you purchase a BlackBerry 10 device from them. With prices coming down, especially with the BlackBerry Z10, you can get some nice deals on any of the BlackBerry 10 smartphones. Once you've made a purchase, Carphone Warehouse will give you a £20 voucher to spend on selected games in BlackBerry World. Not too shabby.

The promotion started on January 20th 2014, so if you have purchased a BlackBerry 10 device from Carphone Warehouse since then, you can make use of this promotion. The offer runs until February 17th 2014. So, whether you buy a BlackBerry Z10, Q10, Z30 or Q5 (or even if you throw down some money and buy a Porsche Design BlackBerry P'9982) within the offer period, you can claim your £20 voucher. The voucher can only be redeemed via your BlackBerry 10 device and you will need to provide your BlackBerry PIN when you claim.

Carphone is really trying to get some momentum going with blackberry. Even the Q5 is down to £179. They have sold out of the Z10 twice I know of.

They have been selling out of the Z10 as my friend has been trying to track one down.

Nice promotional idea from Carphone Warehouse , great to see the start of some blackberry love.

Catapulted from my Z10.

Agree... Each BlackBerry should come with a BlackBerry World credit or credits. Maybe one free Movie, one free Album and two free Apps/Games.

This would help developers, content providers and ultimately BlackBerry.

A tragic thing happened. My 9900 died finally. Can't seem to get it working. My partner luckily got me a white z10 online from carphone. Makes sense at that price to have as a backup phone. Online is the way if you want one from them.

Hopefully the blackberry displays in carphone warehouse will also have some working blackberry phones on display, like that of Samsung & iPhone.

Maybe also the phones have a little more prominence

Should do at that price. Q5 and Z10 are just a plain simple steel now. Hopefully the teenagers will start buying them again

Did it and got some great games but the chances of me playing are slim! I like having options! Ain't nobody got time for that!

I'm glad some carrier's and sellers are supporting BlackBerry phones even if US carriers aren't! Go UK!

Hopefully this will kick other retailers into stocking the blackberry line, especially on the back of all the good publicity blackberry has been getting.

It's only a matter of time.

Hopefully BlackBerry will start selling the Z30 on shop BlackBerry dot com once the exclusive contract with Verizon is over.

If I was buying the Porsche Design P'9982, I'd want a hell lot more than £20!

If you've got the change to buy that phone, you don't need a promo voucher, do you?

iPhone for me? Scr... ahem Q that! (posted from the latter)

Ah ha, does that mean that prepaid vouchers are something that can be found and used in BlackBerry World? If so how do they work?/is it possible to obtain one? Say a £25 voucher to give as a gift?

Great Idea Carphone Warehouse! Now if only T-Mobile would get the Z30! I don't care about the freebies! Just get the Sweetest BlackBerry ever made so far!

The Z10 and Z30 are more for gaming. So free games should couple with discount in price for the Zs.

That's gutting I bought mine at the beginning of January. Hopefully this will help get more blackberry users.

I'm thinking of buying a Q5 from them, but will the phone work in canada?
