Free ING Direct App for BlackBerry Smartphones Lets You View Accounts, Transactions and More

ING Direct

ING Direct has released a free app for Canadians that allows access to accounts on the go. With the application, you can check account balances, view transactions, transfer funds, locate ABMs and more. ING Direct lets you have access to all of the important features on your account, and you can access them right from your BlackBerry when you're on the go. The application is currently only available in Canada, and it looks like most newer devices are supported. You can download OTA via m.ingdirect.ca, or head to BlackBerry Appworld.

I am anxiously waiting for this to work with my Curve 8530. I use ING and App World is saying that this isn't compatible with my current device.

Looks like a great app. Glad to see more coming out for the BB. I just closed my account a few months ago though. Oh well. Keep them coming.

Not everything functions within the app. To log into your account it just sends you to their mobile website, so the main function has not changed.

Weak sauce. Like the poster above, it's ends up being a launcher to their mobile site. Not a true integrated app.

Ok app except for the fact that you can't save your user id for quicker access
