Dragon for Email is a popular and easy-to-use email dictation application for BlackBerry powered by Dragon NaturallySpeaking. With this free app, you simply speak your emails, and it instantly translates your words to text on your device. This is a great alternative for people constantly on the go that may not always have free hands for typing. You can check out Alicia's detailed review (with videos!) for more information about how Dragon for Email works and to see if it's an app that will be beneficial for you to download.
Dragon for Email was recently updated to include Canadian BlackBerry users. Not all devices and carriers are currently supported in the US and Canada. Devices listed as compatible are BlackBerry 8310, 8320, 8900, 9000, 9530, 9550, 9630, and the 9700. Compatible carriers are AT&T, Nextel (USA), Rogers (Canada), Sprint (USA), T-Mobile US, TELUS (GSRM), and Verizon.

Not true, I am on Telus and have a 9700 and I am unable to download the applications. Says "This application is not available on your device or for your carrier.".
Update the post? or does appworld still need to 'propagate'?

9700 on T-Mobile works fine. Pretty impressive and the best part, it is free

I'm on a supported device with a supported carrier and I still can't get it to work.

I'm on a Roger's Bold. I downloaded successfully and then deleted this app. It's another 'free' app that doesn't work when you shut off the permissions that it has no business using for it to do what it advertises. 'Free App' has become a euphemism for 'free access to where I am, what I'm saying and who I'm saying it to.' Read the user license.

I have a Bold 9650 and though it is not listed I downloaded it and it si running great. i missed this from when I was with the 9630 and all is well now. Recommend it and if you got a 9650 go get it. The version I am using is 3.0.0.15 in the USA.
