    I just got my Blackberrr Pearl flip phone on Friday,
    July 17, 2009. It worked fine until Subday afternoon,
    when it stopped ringing in. Volume is all the way up.
    Also, in ring tones, when I try to play ring tones, they
    don't ring or even start to play. Please help, Deb
