If you dig foursquare and don't want to miss out on any check-ins, you'll want to go ahead and fire up BlackBerry App World and take down the latest release. Marked as v5.5, this one comes to everyone without a change log so you're kinda on your own to figure out what, exactly has changed within. It's a little bit of jump from the previously available v5.2.3, so let everyone know in the comments if you spot anything that you think is new.

Okay. That's it! Bla1ze, STOP blogging and go to bed! You need your sleep!

It's still broken with other language input. I couldn't enter any Chinese on it at all.

Just downloaded, at first glance I can't see any differences.

Here it is,

Inspired by the possibility of making Foursquare available to as many people as possible, our BlackBerry team built a logged-out mobile version of Explore during a recent hackday. With today’s update, BlackBerry becomes the first place where you can download Foursquare and start searching for places immediately, before you’ve even signed up.

Looking for a new lunch spot? Search for “lunch special,” “Thai,” or “spring rolls.” We’ll find the best places nearby, and show you photos, tips, hours, menus, and more.

Of course, Foursquare gets even more powerful once you start checking in. We can then customize Explore based on what you like and where you and your friends have been. Check in ten times, and we'll come up with ten new places we know you'll love. :-))
