I already have version 3.0 installed from the last update, it just gives me that BBM error when you first login but I can still use the app.

It looks like the alpha version is at 3.0.2. Go try it out.

Must not be ready for the 9550. My old version still says it's the current one.

Looks like 3.0.2 kills BBM integration.....was working before..... FML.......

Agreed... this is devastating.

Does anyone actually read the article up top, where it clearly states that this version does not have BBM integration?

Posted by raiderfan Tuesday, Jul 19, 2011 310 days ago

the above stated version states 3.0.....the alpha download is 3.0.2 if they are the same it wasn't implied....

Doesn't appear on my 9800 in appworld. Have to wait a little bit.

Any reports on battery life with this build? In the past some foursquare builds would absolutely kill my battery, but 1.9.96 seems to not be a drain at all.

The previous Alpha version works fine :)

This link leads me to v1.9 :( so no go!

What a bunch of crap. Kept getting a "Too many downloads" message for BBM. I'll repeat, what a bunch of crap..

Use this link instead, it should be 3.0.2 which doesn't freeze your 9800 like 3.0 did.

BBM integration...okay that would be nice. Just not happening as the article says.

Using the following as suggested above: Link to 3.0 with BBM integration http://rroyy.com/fsq
This is the alpha version. No go with the BBM

Try adding copying and pasting something into a to-do item. Not happening.
What about deleting a check-in? I just did a test one and no way to delete it?!

Where is the "Check-in 4Square" on the Blackberry menu? Wouldn't this make it easy to activate the application? Instead of having to leave it running in the background all the time?

Speaking of activating the application. Starting it up ..."checking connection............" zzzzzzzzzz
Logging in ...... zzzzzzzzzzzzz What's up with that?

Where is the Twitter integration? If I want to view Tweets nearby, I don't want to see them in my browser! How about allowing the user to choose which Twitter app they have on board.

Facebook integration! How about the ability to invite Facebook friends to join 4Square. Common', do I have to be their marketing department?

What about sharing a location...just has via email and SMS. Facebook and Twitter...hello?

Lastly, is this thing using GPS or Cell Tower? Telling me I am 875 feet from a hotel. NOT! I am in a residential neighborhood no where near a hotel.

Just don't see enough advantages to having this app. Will stick with Facebook check-in.
Have the beta 2.0.19. It is very nice. What is taking RIM so long to release this, I do not know.

Okay, end of RANT! :)

I got the 3.0 about a week ago and I still couldn't figure out how to integrate BBM. Maybe it's just not available for the 9800? Dunno, but if I have to wait for it, I will.
