FlyCraft for BlackBerry 10 gets a price drop for one week only

If you haven't yet played the 'Built for BlackBerry' game FlyCraft on your BlackBerry 10 smartphone now could be a good excuse to take advantage of a bargain. The developer has let us know that he has reduced the price of the popular game from $2.99 to $0.99 for a week - sweet.

That's the kind of news we like to hear and considering that FlyCraft has seen great sales already I'd certainly recommend giving the game a go.

FlyCraft sees you having to make a flying machine for your bug - Herbie. You have a selection of gadgets to experiment with to make Herbie fly for longer and the game requires some real brain power to create the best machine possible.

FlyCraft is available for all BlackBerry 10 smartphones. Get it while it's hot!

So who won the contest? I was trying. But couldn't get further than 65m which I didn't think would be enough to come close, so I didn't end up posting it. Is it wrapped up yet?

From my sweet BB10 Neutrino powered Z10 :D

Back in mid-July, I contacted FlyCraft:

"I use the same BlackBerry ID on my Z10 and PlayBook. I was able to purchase the game on my Z10, but not on my PlayBook. Is there a simple workaround/fix?"

Still no reply.

I just want to pay for the game. I just tried again, but I'm again denied w/ this same error: "There were problems completing this purchase. Please try again or visit BlackBerry World Support for more information. (Error Id: 35005)"

Edit: Nevermind. Problem resolved. Workaround #1 on the following page was the fix:

I also highly recommend this game. The kiddos love it. Now that I have it installed on two PlayBooks, I can finally have my Z10 back =P

It shows up in the store as $0.99, but during the checkout, the price displays as $2.99.

I'm all over this as soon as it's fixed!

Doesn't work at the latest leaked os
Crashes straight away on my q10
