It's week two of Fitness Month here at CrackBerry and Mobile Nations. This week's topic is nutrition. We all know eating right makes us all feel better in the long run, especially when we're working out. It's our fuel and what keeps us going.

my goal for this week is to exercise for an hour a day, and to watch my sodium and sugar intake. Also, to get more sleep because the classes I am taking are killing me!
