First Look at the Premium Case for the BlackBerry Torch 9850 / 9860

While RIM didn't have any BlackBerry Torch 9850 / 9860 Cases and Accessories officially on display at the BlackBerry 7 Fan Night, I did stumble across one RIM employee rocking her BlackBerry Torch 9860 in a BlackBerry Premium Case. Check out the video above to get a closer look at this hot purple/black combination (thanks again to CrackBerry member the brother for holding the CrackBerry cam on this one!).

We've seen this type of case on other BlackBerry Smartphones, and it's one I definitely like, coming in a two piece form that combines a rubber skin with a hard plastic shell. It gives you more protection than a standard skin, but you also get that nice grippy feel coming through that rubber skins offer. We'll be seeing a ton of BlackBerry Torch 9850 / 9860 Cases and Accessories hitting the store soon, so be sure to keep it locked to for more in the weeks ahead.

I'm not one for cases and this one certainly doesn't do anything for me, especially in purple. Still can't wait for Verizon to announce some BlackBerry love. They must have something up their sleeve, or maybe they ticked RIM off really badly by basically terminating the Storm3.

I was one of the lucky winners of the #BB&FanNight contest and although I'm getting a Bold Touch 9900 (2.5 year Bold 9000 user/fan/addict here) this phone really stole the show for me. I couldn't believe how awesome it was. My Bold committed suicide (went deep sea diving in a toilet) and I got a Torch 9800 from my insurance, which I'm ok with but I don't feel the slider as much as I'd hoped to. The 9860 on the other hand is fantastic, it feels amazing and looks even better, it doesn't have the 9800's annoying features like the charging port and horrible lock & mute/pause buttons (lock is top dead center and a hard press, not the hard gust of wind that toggles the 9800) mute/pause is now between the volume buttons and works beautifully. I got to talk with the product manager who called it her "baby" and you can tell that this phone was made by people who love what they do and want to get it right.

Hi...can someone recommend a well rounded Accessories brand which carries all types of materials / cases for Blackberry ( Other than Otterbox). I have scoured the net and cant seem to find one brand that offers a huge line up other than Otterbox, Incipio & Capdase.
Pls help.
