One of the things I'm seeing at CES2012 is that when it comes to tablet accessories manufacturers are veering away from specializing for just one product. They are now gearing towards universal sizes to span multiple devices. Golla Bags, the makers behind the popular smartphone cases, just announced their brand new zip folders line for 7" tablets.
I had the chance to sit down with Carolin Winter, the Trade Marketing Manager, who gave me a quick demonstration of the new bags and how well it fits the PlayBook. Not surprising the quality is top notch and, of course, coming from Golla, are fashionable as well as functional. As of now they only come in red and dark blue and feature a soft lining to protect your device from scratches, bumps, debris, and bangs. These cases will be hitting the US market sometime in late March, early April at local retailers. Keep your eyes peeled to the blog and we'll be bringing you a full review soon.

I don't like it. The straps holding it in are too bulky and block the bezel gestures of the playbook, mainly the angled gestures which open the keyboard and access the top bar menu.
I suppose that's what happens when you make something universal.

I agree, it's gonna be hard(impossible) swiping from the corners :(

I got to say that usually I dont leave negative comments but this thing its not useful for the PB at all. The corners are essential for the PB
