I have used the wifi playbook and throughly enjoyed the experience, even though there were few apps support available From developers as compared to apple and android......I think playbook is really good and best balanced in terms of all aspects- price,quality hardware and apps available ( who wants millions of apps/games when most are just carbon copy of other and will take a lifetime to even use once , when BB. Gives us best apps that we really need). The newly launched one will go long way. To satisfy blackberry customers as well bring back many old BB ..... I wish RIM the best to regain lost ground and move ahead of the curve in years to come.

As a reseller of BlackBerry Playbooks I am disapponted that the only was I can get the 4G Playbook is to pay a crazy high price from Rogers, Bell, et al here in Canada or win this contest.

Not sure it will work on the 4G 1800MHz LTE network here in Australia (wont be 700MHz 4G in AUS for a couple of years at least), but I am willing to give it a go on the existing 3G networks. Maybe RIM will release an LTE 1800MHz version............maybe.
Maybe that is why there are no international release dates yet. Will there be an LTE 1800MHz version?
