Downloaded it, don't see any changes so far. It must just be a refinement for the app.

Seems quicker on my side tho or maybe I don't use fb app often (usually through mobile version)

Maybe its just me, but my beta zone is not showing it. Oh well...

if you're part of the facebook program it is just the latest download available. i didn't get a notification email to download the new version, just went to the link and downloaded it. maybe the program isn't available to new people yet if it isn't showing up for you and you're not part of it already.

Yea nothing is different. On Beta Zone they said it was an update to the Facebook Infrastructure, so I think its an update for something on their side of things.

You can't like some comments on the app. I believe it doesn't show on comments on statuses and photos.

On notifications it seems like scrolling for me is weird, with touch screen and trackpad (BB 9900) anyone having the same issues?

They need the ability to tag someone from your status update! Although I like the Facebook X site RIM needs to work that into their app.

Kevin, it would be great if you can do an article on why bb users cannot like a comment within the status. I know its a trivial request, but the bb facebook app is great but its missing this one piece and it doesn't make sense to not have it. It just seems like the programmer left it out by mistake.

Just downloaded it and I agree with some posters on here that it seems a bit faster/snappier. No other major improvements I guess since it's just a hotfix.
