Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones 3.2.0.7 now available in the BlackBerry Beta Zone

Facebook has once again been updated in the Beta Zone, this time to version 3.2.0.7. It brings along with it a few minor updates as well as some bug fixes, so if you're a Facebooker you'll want to grab it. It shouldn't be too much longer before this one officially hits App World, so give it a good run through and be sure to send in any feedback. Hit the link below to download.

I think FaceBook for BlackBerry only allow you to update your status up to 420 characters. I don't know if this is a limitation of the java text field on the BlackBerry in general or not. I know it's not an issue when I update my status on the computer. I could add an entire article.
Has anybody seen this limitation?

I think it's a facebook selective limitation. I got that a few times using the mobile, touch and standard website.

they fixed up the events menus. very nice. before i just have birthdays that's all lol. and they changed the icons. it's ok. but the events menu is good times. :)

this facebook update has screwed my blackberry :( since having it installed on my berry, it keeps on restarting back & forth and now i'm screwed..

i always back all my data up 2-3x a week, that's not really a problem to me, but yeah.. i have deleted all modules from my bb app and now i'm running my 9900 without the facebook app for the time being.
i'm gonna send a feedback to the facebook beta zone team to let them know. meanwhile, it should have been a very nice update if it could have run on my 9900 :(

The settings screen has been completely reworked and now offers you the choice of what data gets integrated to your device calendar. Also, they somewhat fixed the issue of large photo albums not loading. While I can now open photos from albums over 1000 pictures, I still get "Photos Not Available" on albums significantly larger than that. So far it seems pretty good, but notifications are still extremely delayed vs older versions (before the current public release)
