Evernote enters Beta 4 in the BlackBerry Beta Zone

By Bla1ze on 26 Nov 2013 03:51 pm EST

Fancy testing out a new Evernote for BlackBerry 10 Beta? If so, go ahead and fire up the BlackBerry Beta Zone. Once loaded, you'll find beta 4 available for download with the following updates, changes and additions:

What’s new in Evernote Beta 4?

  • Autotitle: uses location and calendar information to automatically set new note titles
  • Offline notebook (Premium only): download content for offline access
  • Send a note by email
  • Linked Notes support: links must be created in web or desktop client; tapping a link opens the linked note in Evernote
  • Bug fixes and other improvements

Keep in mind, you submit feedback for Evernote directly to the Evernote team so there is a specific way of doing so. Use the Settings -> Support -> Send Logs option to ensure your feedback is going to the right place. The update is live now on the BlackBerry Beta Zone site or through the BlackBerry Beta Zone app itself.

Evernote enters Beta 4 in the BlackBerry Beta Zone

Is there a reason why I can't download it from the beta zone? It's unfortunately not available for me...

Did you get an invite yet? They don't roll them all out at once. Sometimes it's just a matter of patience. Sometimes it's just a matter or your DNS not updating to the new page as of yet.

OK, I thought it's open for all beta users... I already had the chance to test all kind of beta stuff... so why not this one too? ok that's fine...

Maybe you can grab it from web page on PC (the way I did workaround the issue for RIP BBM beta :)

When beta's come up they're only open for a short period of time, it would seem. I've been on the Evernote beta since it was first announced and the only reason it's not available now would be that you haven't been there from the start...to give feedback on the changes made so far. cheers!

My Aunty Jay recently got a new Volkswagen Beetle just by some part time working online at home... read the article>>> FB39.COM

If nothing else, gotta commend Evernote for the tiny gap between these last two betas. Might comment after providing feedback to the devs...

If only Remember were updated as frequently, the much touted sync between Evernote and the Remember app, might actually happen in reality ;)

No kidding. Remember grabs like only 10 % of my full Evernote. Hence I only load it when it's updated, only to delete it shortly thereafter.

installed it and it's nice. loving the auto-title feature. tapped into my Calendar and location to make the title.

Anyway to add an alarm to the task and synch with Calendar all from my BlackBerry device?

VZW US STL-4 rec update but I was a beta tester also. Had my BBM Channel for months. C000386C6 Chicago Bears.

Flicked with my Zed 10 running

Hate the auto title feature. Puts annoying calendar events as titles. Turned the feature off.

Regarding Evernote and Remember, when I upgraded to the Z30, I lost Evernote within Remember. I have Evernote as a stand alone app now.

Seriously, it's for the best. Evernote/Remember tie-up is kaput at this point, as far as I can see. When you stop trying to see Remember as being capable of synching with Evernote, it's of course still a very useful and solid app. As is Evernote, of course.

I downloaded it but I'm finding myself using it less as I use the integration in remember more often.

Yes I also find "remember" is more integrated and tasks show up in the calendar and alarms/ reminders also work seamlessly.
