Elecite has been in the theme making business for a while now. Constantly wanting to push themes to the limit, Elecite has launched a new project called Blank Canvas. Blank Canvas was set up in order to find out what exactly it is you all as consumers want in a theme. Got an idea for a theme that no one has done yet? Wanna see some features in a theme that would make it just perfect for you? Elecite wants to hear your ideas, the best ideas get respect as voted by others and Elecite will make it happen.

1) A completely blank theme. No icons, notifications, etc...
on either the homescreen or the desktop (can be populated
by a keystroke or movement of the trackball / trackpad)
2) Properly formatted date, (i.e. dd/mm/yyyy, 27 Nov 2009)
In my opinion, Elecite has made some of the top themes for BlackBerry! I think this is a great idea and I'll definitely jump on this chance to participate!! THANKS Elecite!! :)

I agree. Create a free blank page that can be personalized with own pix, apps buttons and jont. Offer a menu with buttons and colors for personal customization.

I would love elecite to re do a theme by hedone design called Windows Se7en the windows Se7en format is great and functions very weill but certain text layouts are hard to read... I think that if Elecite remakes this theme it will look unbelievable and I would most DEF buy it!!!

The process for leaving suggestions on your web site is nuts! Make it easy... why should someone have to register to leave a suggestion or even sign in?
I like your themes, but am finding everyone out there competing to make the most complex themes possible. How about a very simple theme with an open face page where I can add my own wallpaper without having icons all over the place. Hide everything so only the wallpaper shows. Then, with the roll of the rollerball or swipe of the trackpad, a customized set of icons shows up in the dock. Very simple and super clean.
