Follow all of the coverage at www.crackberry.com/CESlive
I'm typing this from my hotel room at the Aria on the strip in Las Vegas. It's time CrackBerry Nation.... for CES 2014! In a few minutes I'm going to run downstairs for breakfast and then it's off to the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center to help the team setup our awesome #CESlive stage.
From a Mobile Nations perspective, this is our biggest year at CES yet. We have 22 people on the ground here covering the content for all our sites this week, including CrackBerry, Android Central, iMore, Windows Phone Central and the newly launched Smartwatch Fans.
To follow all of the coverage easily, we've built an awesome new "toy".... visit crackberry.com/CESlive and that's where you can access ALL of our content this week. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you can find all of our CES stories. By default you'll only see the CrackBerry stories, but you can tab over to see the coverage from any of our sites (or all of it one feed), easily. It's super awesome.
Come Tuesday, we'll be updating the CESlive page to include the live streaming embed and chat room from our #CESlive show. That will be running Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the week, with back to back interview guests all day long. At the end of each day we'll also be recording a podcast. And we'll be posting a round up at the end of each day with all of the highlights.
We're not expecting too much news on the BlackBerry front, but I'm sure we'll find a handful of great stories as the week goes on, just as we did last year. We know the BBM team is on the ground here. QNX is bound to be showing off a hot car. And don't forget, last year Thorsten Heins showed up to our Mobile Nations party. Maybe we'll be able to track down John Chen if he's in town. And you know.. it's Vegas... if it's not a $500 clock app, I'm sure there will be something sexy I can find around here to throw down some cash on and record while doing it for your entertainment. :)
Adam and I will be doing lots of tweeting and instagramming throughout the week. Be sure to follow me @kevinmichaluk on twitter and @kevinmichaluk on instagram (I'll be covering more than just BB this week too, so don't give me a hard time for stuff other than BB!). You can follow Adam @azeis on twitter and @adamzeis on Instagram (and of course you can follow our CrackBerry, CrackBerry Kevin and Adam Zeis BBM Channels!). Be sure to hit up our Mobile Nations Twitter List too - you can follow the whole team via that easily.
OK, I'll talk to you all soon. There's work to do!! CES Baby!!!
