I just discovered that a popular game for iPhone/iPod and Android is available for BlackBerry users as well. Doodle Jump is an easy to pick up game that is super addictive, and for the longest time BlackBerry users had to make do with imitations and lesser versions. The updated release of Doodle Jump, v4.0 has great graphics, smooth gameplay, and a new low price.

Gameplay is simple: Guide the Doodler on a springy journey up the never-ending sheet of graph paper to see how far you can climb. the appworld needs some serious overhauling. you would see your device listed in the list of compatible devices, but would get the not available for your device message.

did they fix it so storm owners can play it like the iphone/android with the gyroscope/tilt sensors? I refuse to pay for a sub-par game that makes u actually tap the screen to move because the devs were lazy.

Needs to work with the accelerometer like it does on the Iphone. There are other games on the blackberry that already do this (Freddy Jump for example). Not worth downloading when there are already better games available. The Iphone version is great with multiple themes and use of the accelerometer.

Anybody able to update to 4.0? They tell me "DJ is not available for download" when I go to update.

On the Torch you play by tapping the screen.. Not nearly as nice as accelerometer support would be. I wonder if they will ever fix that for the Torch? So annoying..
