Nice timing! I almost bought this yesterday for my new 9700 and then said to myself, "Nah, I'll wait until it's the Deal of the Day on CrackBerry again." lol

Looks like I'll grab it. I have been using Weather Eye. It's free so it's hard to complain. I'm just tired of "Sorry, Data is unavailable" every time I launch it.

Does BerryWeather work well in Canadaland?

I know some weather apps are US only

a newbie question, but i have a new (used) bold on the way,

if i purchased berryweather now for my current curve, can i transfer it to my bold ?

Question though... has Bellshare determined how much (if any) the 2.0 upgrade is going to cost 1.5 owners? I'd hate to recommend 1.5 now if 2.0 is going to be an additional cost...

I purchased at sale price, and after purchasing...recieved download info from MobiHand. Now, when I click on "umbrella" on my homescreen I get an error message saying..."Class 'net.rim.blackberry.api.homescreen.HomeScreen' not found...and I get nothing!!!

Somebody please tell me I didn't waste $5.00 on this.

I am sure something just glitched. Just send an email to them and they will get back to you. Perhaps a little slower today but they will.

You won't find a better weather app period. I have tried them all and this is hands down the best.

Best app ever! The thing that makes this better than the other apps is the customizable radar. I love the radar feature in this app. The standard radar does not show much. Head on over to the bellshare website on how to set up the radar to your liking.

I have had Berryweather for awhile. It lacks one thing-showing present wind speed and direction (would help if planning on outdoor activity). How do you contact Berryweather to see if they plan on adding wind data in the future??

To me this is still a little too much. It should be $4 regular and maybe $1-3 on sale. I know they have to make money but come on...

Just downloaded to my 8900 and it works perfectly with all the information/customization I could ever use. Will purchase today after I get my new Bold 9700 later this afternoon!

with 2.0 coming out soon, how much will the upgrade price be? will this work well on a 8330 curve with os 5.0?

Finally broke down and picked this up and I have to say I'm impressed. I've been using the free weatherbug for as long as I can remember but this one is much better. Its very fast, amazing looking, and extremely accurate in the Boston area.

I purchased this for my Storm. It actually worked pretty well. If you own a storm, then you know you have to continually update your OS. I updated my OS, and the code I was given at the time of purchase was no longer any good. I sent them 2 emails, and they refuse to respond. I used this for less than a month. If you don't mind buying this every time you do an update, then purchase it. If you expect to purchase this once, and use it after an update you are mistaken. Very unsatisfied with customer service.

I took advantage of this offer and I must say. This is by far the best weather app I have used. Very happy with my decision to buy this.

I have had many problems with this app. I recommend you read and heed all of the comments here as I did not. Would not update and locked up my Tour where I had to pull the battery at least five times. Finally dumped it and will dispute my credit card.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP...it isnt worth it even at the 50% off price. Shows fog/haze when clear, temp is always off, customer support has been missing ...and unheard from ...looks nice, but the info is totally off....even after updates it is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY for this thing, it is a terrible app..........Crackberry should ban it from their site ...a horrible app.

Well I did purchased BerryWeather for the sale price. I have been very happy with it so far. Works fine for me. Went to the Bellshare website and followed the "BerryWeather--How To" set up. Had no problems.

Looking forward to see what new and or improved features are coming out in BerryWeather 2.

How do I get it at this price? I have it already on my Bold. I want to put it on my wife's Bold, too. It's a GREAT app.
Is there a code or did I miss out already?
