I recently upgraded my 9700 with OS6 through the T-mobile BlackBerry Beta Zone program and didn't know you can filter Universal Search. Now that I know this, I love OS6 even more!

OS6 FTW!!!

Or just type "search" on your home screens and click Options -- may be easier for some :)

if I'm not mistaken, typing a word while on the home screen automatically brings up the search function does it not? No need for a convienance key or shortcut?

Hi,

I am really disappointed with the Universal Search, as far as it doesn't search inside the memos, at least in my Bold 9780. What I have made in previous blackberrys easily, I can't make now on this supposed so advanced OS.

I only find the memo if I now the memo title. Is this the usual way of searching?
