CrackBerry Wallpaper Changer

The popular CrackBerry Wallpaper changer has just been updated to version 3.0. The update brings along some behind the scenes fixes as well as an updated user interface. With the CrackBerry Wallpaper Changer, you never have to worry about finding that perfect background for your device since the app constantly pulls from our huge wallpaper galleries automatically. Choose your category, set the change interval and you're done. You can even mix in images from your SD card so your favorites still pop up. Want to share a wallpaper? You can send it to Twitter, BBM, email and more. Version 3.0 is compatible with new BlackBerry 7 devices as well. Both a free and Pro version are available.

What I'd like to know is, is there an option in this upgrade that allows users to simply turn the wallpaper changer completely off??? Sometimes when I purchase a new theme, I like to keep the theme walls displayed, but wallpaper changer stays on, pulling from the personal folder I selected. It was very annoying, but I hope it was addressed in this release.

I use it, but not all of it's capabilities. For a while I was using it to grab various categories randomly from the CB wallpaper site. But mostly I use it now to cycle through a folder I keep on my SD card of neat sci-fi kind of wallpapers. I cycle every 30 minutes.

I love this program.

For those not aware, there is a sister "app" that comes built-in which is called "quick wallpaper change". This way, even with your main settings in the primary app, you can create a keyboard shortcut (via Quicklaunch, for example) to make quick ad-hoc switches.
