With BlackBerry 7 Smartphones already on the market and much of CrackBerry Nation having already upgraded to the latest phones available, we decided the ultimate BlackBerry present to give away this Christmas would be something not yet available.

The Prize: 2012 will bring forth the release of the next generation of BlackBerry - the BBX Smartphone (or SuperPhone as I like to call it). We've already seen photos of the first BBX BlackBerry, which goes by the codename "london", and while it hasn't been officially announced yet, we know it's coming early in the year and that's what we're giving away! That's right. This holiday season one lucky CrackBerry member will win an IOU for a free BBX BlackBerry. As soon as it's available for purchase, we'll buy one and get it to you, just like that.

I NEED this win. I couldn't stand my 9530 so in October 2010 I used my hardware upgrade to switch to the 9800 only to see the BB7 devices get released less than a year later. Now i have to skip over the new devices while i wait for my upgrade to roll around. I really wanted the 9860 but I just can't afford to spend the money on it. Had i known the new devices would be released so soon after the 9800, I would have delt with the damn 9530 for a while longer so I could get a BB7 device. And so I ask you Team Crackberry... HELP A GUY OUT!

I am thinking of giving an IOU to my wife for Christmas. She is needing a new phone and wants a BB but we are both holding onto our upgrades until the new phones come out. I wonder how opening an IOU on Christmas day will go. LOL

fell in love with Blackberry the moment i got one and it was a used curve 8520 - still have kept it up to this day running smooth and ended up buying a playbook since i have become loyal to the brand. due for an upgrade in the spring for my phone and was going to stay BB anyway - what a way to further convince me; and hey, show it off and convince others, that Blackberry is the way!

SUPER excited for the next gen BB phones! I created this crackberry account (WPcentral user) just in hopes of getting one of these bad boys! USED to be a die hard BB lover, sadly they fell a little behind. Nice to see them back with attitude!

I'm actually really excited for the new BBX experience, Blackberry blows iPhone out of the water no doubt. I mean, the iPhone is more , media, while the Blackberry is more or me, communications, which is what a phone is used for.

can't wait for the new BBX phone to arrive, hopefully the OS update will also then applied to the older model (at least the BB OS 7 model), regarding the leak image of the first BBX phone, i really don't think the design is good (it is soo similar to an old Dopod/HTC phone), RIM really need to come out with a new design for touch screen/keyboard combination phone.

I love Blackberry!! A more mobile QNX on the next *Superphone* will be simply SUPER'BB :D Doesn't matter what the OS or phone name is (BBX, BB10,BBQNX - Colt, London, Milan) just release this delicious treat and RIM will prove they are back on top and shut up all those haters out there.

I've never thought of jumping to other smartphone brand since I got my first blackberry!! (blackberry 8520) Now I'm using Bold 9700 and enjoying the BB OS6..

I'm looking forward to get my BBX phone next year so please give it to me and I'll be a loyal Blackberry fan 'till the end of time.. :D

My next phone for sure. Luv it! QNX with bezel gestures and a BB keyboard. Add LTE and it will define superphones!!! I believe RIM will release a BB10 Superphone with PBOS2.
