I have been trying to add my friend overseas to my messenger. We both have bolds but I have the 9700 and he has the 9000. We have tried deleting and adding our PINs and took our batteries out for 30 seconds but still was not working. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

maybe you arent addding the pins properly? have you checked them over and over? 0 is zero remember lol
