Purchased PB April 2011, yes the week they came out. Patiently waited for OS2 and convinced several colleagues at work that PB was the best - they bought on my recommendation. Now we all have OS2 and rockin the PB! Thanks Crackberry for keeping me up to date.

Please "make my day"...lol. I desperately need the PB device in my life. The OS2 looks great. The best thing about it to me is the integration with other programs and apps. That makes it a great tool that will fit into my daily life and activity.

One of the best things about BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 is how easy it is to multitask and navigate through different apps using the integrated gestures! I tried it in a store nearby and it's simply superb!

After my initial purchase of playbook i was kind of devastated by my purchase as the obvious thing missing in pb was lack of apps... As most of the tab junkies do install load of apps and feel proud that their tablet can do this and that..
But now since 2.0 i have an edge over others as my tab can do android and qnx both :).
The programming platform choices of adobe,html5,ndk,android is a developers delight according to me...
The only sore part is that pb doesn't have 3g module..and tethering using a 3g connection is a costly affair here in India , absence of skype hinders me to connect to my bro in texas.. And my video chat list is lonely... :(

I am thinking of getting one more pb as and when my budget allows give my pappy a b'day gift...its an amazing platform which needs more promotion and quality apps in marketplace...

I have been thoroughly enjoying "tinkering" with my PB and the 2.0 system features...especially now that i can use my BB torch9810 as a trackpad and keyboard...very cool!....the best part of all!....is that i can always rely on THIS SITE to show myself/others fantastic tips and tricks on how to use our devices to our best advantages....

First the best part of OS 2.0 is the remote control app. I am loving it. I don't know how much of use it would be in daily life but its an awesome concept. I loved the PrintToGo app. I am sure it will come in very handy in times of need. Loved how fast and smooth the UI looks. Last but not the least- loving the android as well as native apps. Sideloading has made the life so much easier. I would love to have one for my wife!!!!

2.0 is the bomb, love the native email, love the native calendar, love the native contacts, love the BB Bridge to get corporate email, contacts, calendar and the remote control. Out of 100 I give the PB a 97.

I Just switched from Iphone to my FIRST blackberry 9900 2weeks ago. never really had a blackberry product before but so far i dont regret it. my friend has been talking about the Playbook 2.0 for like 2nights now i got a chance to play with it today. The one thing that caught my attention was the ability to have all the emails from different social networks on one inbox.the integrated email wasnt really a big deal because it should have been a feature standard in all tablets.also the Social Integration with Calendar and Contacts apps and the virtual keyboard was a feature i like on the new update. the updated BB bridge made me pair my phone with his playbook and was able to use it as a keyboard & mouse.thats pretty cool too!

i dont really have a playbook & cant afford one but wining one would be the BEST gift with my 9900. especially with the 2.0. Pls & Thank you!! :)

I love Blackberry because they help me be very productive throughout the day! The playbook would be a great compliment for my Torch! I always keep coming back to CrackBerry for the latest and greatest news!

I love the playbook because it isn't too big, or not too small. The new bridge is awesome, because you can control your playbook on your phone! The new os2 is slot faster the the previous os'. And I love my blackberry torch because bbm! :)

at first, i just wanted a small device for my kids to watch youtube videos online and free up my laptop. the playbook's 7" form factor and the slick browser hooked me. but since then, the intuitive OS and the great hardware has reeled me in and i've re-possessed the playbook and demoted the laptop to toy room status. take that, kiddies.

In September of 2011, my work purchased 3 PlayBooks for our inspectors to use out in the field. I am responsible for making sure the PlayBooks have all the features necessary to complete work requirements. I have been using BlackBerry’s Native SDK and OS2.0 Beta to create an application for use by our inspectors.

Now with the new OS 2.0 my life will be so much easier. My favorite features so far include the ability to create folders and the Native PIM Apps (Messages, Contacts, and Calendar).

I simply want it, exited to try out the new features and the whole experience with my blackberry 9930

When I turn on my playbook this is what happens: (clears throat ike a baus!) that big black guy from the old spice commercials breaks through my window (on the second floor! :0!) and he takes me to the peak of Mt. Everest where emma stone waits for me atop a cannon in a bikini (she's hot like that). She asks "are you ready to get your brain blown through your ear holes?" so I ponder on it for like a second and very somber reply "yes...............yes I am.". So she giggles ike a school girl only to push me with that women's rights type of force into the cannon!! I try to get out but I am paralyzed by fear, or is it adrenaline, perhaps that tuna sandwich I ate before turning on my playbook (yoda jumps into the frame and says "his conclusion, find, he might never!) BAM!!!! I shoot off into the ether!!! My eyelids find their way to the back of my neck and stains of urine appear on my jeans (probably a bird er sumthing.....) I fly through episodes of the twilight Zone and star strek until finally I land on the door where rose watched jack die as titanic sank from the world above (that door was big enough why she gotta be selfish like that! Ugh) anyways, hours later I wake up next to my playbook ontop of my roof with a big headache and a joker looking grin across my face. Needless to say.......I love the blackberry playbook!

Love the new features in the keyboard!

Similar to a few others on this very blog post, I have been apprehensive about getting a PlayBook. But now with the release of OS 2.0 and the ability to sideload Android applications (and the other improvements too), I am quite excited about the prospect of owning one! Compared to "other" tablets out there, the PlayBook has quite exceptional hardware, and gradually improving software. What's not to like?

I love all of the little changes in OS 2.0 that make the Playbook experience so much more user-friendly (like the addition of the numeric keys on the main keyboard for password entry fields).

I can't wait to get one of my own! Hope I'm the winner!

Another Playbook would be great (have two brothers so I guess I have to win twice!)

I love the Playbook with Open 2.0. The led, and remote bridge just makes this tablet sweet! The playbook is the perfect companion to go with my blackberry bold 9930.

OS 2.0 has seriously made the pb an ipad killer.. Hopefully more people go buy one and realize this! Knowledge is power!

I would love to win one for my wife. She can do her work and we can video chat when I go to conventions. That would be sweet.

I would love a new Playbook. I just downloaded the new OS2 update then my dog ate my Playbook. He really enjoyed the new update.

Wives and Gadgets... Normally you’re asked why and what’s the point... So when the Mrs makes comments like “You use that all the time, that was value for money” then takes an interest! when you tell here all about the new features of OS 2.0.... I am 15year old.i just started developing i and i played around the blackberry sdk and it's easy so created about 5 apps and are sent for approval.I don't have a PB but if get one i will develop more and more apps.I cant download the online simulator cause it's so big in size for my net.I have only tested it's compatibility.so i would like to test my apps on PB.

And also this site awesome.i am an avid reader in android central,but i never saw the different os sites.when came across Crackberrry i saw android at the top and tere it was all the sites i liked were made from same folks who made a geek.So keep up the good work on site :)

Hadn't been on CrackBerry in ages, since the early days of the 8900/9000...Haven't even owned a Bb in a while but getting a PlayBook is what has bright me back and I feel right at home!! Now I just need another one for the wife!! ;)

How does one find out if they have won a Playbook + $100 for accessories? On this site or on our e-mail?
I commented several days ago how happy I was to have taken a chance in buying a Playbook when the media was ringing the death knell for RIM and here we are . . .with a wonderful (and much better in my opinion) tablet than the iPad. . .size, response, etc.
I use it now primarily to manage my 91 year old mother's health care (Alzehiemer, etc) and have found it so valuable. . .notes, the calendar, and ability to get to my e-mail. Oh, and to be able to read a book when I have a little down time or am waiting. It lightens the amount of things I have to carry with me, too.
As a senior citizen I don't have much faith in myself in using all of the technology that is available and the Playbook is very easy to use. I was even able to update it the other day without any issues.
I had hoped that I would be one of the winners of a free Playbook to give to my husband so that we could communicate via long distance when I am in my mother's state managing her care. It would be a real boost to us in this emotionally difficult time.

The native email is a good addition.

Finally OS2.0 makes the Playbook worth keeping. I had 3 Playbooks in hand and returned one just last week. If OS2 made a début just a week earlier I would have kept all 3.

Keep up the good work RIM you still have quite the battle ahead in this crowded market!
