Where can I download my software and see my activation code?

You should have received an email when purchasing your application which contains download links and your actiavation code.  Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation emails to be received.  If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder in your email client to verify it was not blocked at your address.   If you still cannot locate the email, you may login to your account at http://software.crackberry.com/myaccount.asp to view your purchases, download links and activation keys (if provided).

My Activation Code is not working, how do I get a new one?

Most activation codes are PIN specific.  Please verify that you gave the correct PIN for your device when purchasing the application.  You can check your PIN by logging in to your account at http://software.crackberry.com/myaccount.asp and verifying it is listed properly next to the purchased application.   If your PIN is listed correctly, please contact us so we may troubleshoot the issue.

My PIN is incorrect on my account, how do I update it?

To change your PIN (entered incorrectly, changed device etc), login to your account at http://software.crackberry.com/myaccount.asp and select the Please contact support for further assistance link at the top of the page.

I am having problems and need technical support with an application, who do I contact?

All product technical support is provided by the software developer. Each product page has a link to the software developer's support contact page, so you can enter the issue/question you have. Please contact them directly, but if you do not receive a reply, please let us know and we will make sure you get your question answered or problem solved.

I have installed an theme and cannot locate it on my device.

Go to Options > Themes and look for the installed theme.  If it is not present, remove the battery from the device (with the device powered on) and replace it.  When the phone resets, attempt to locate the theme again.  If you still cannot, please download the theme again.

I have installed an application and cannot locate it on my device.

Look for the new application icon on your home screen.  If you cannot locate it, press the menu key and select Show All.  If you still cannot find it, remove the battery from the device (with the device powered on) and replace it.  The application icon should be visible on the home screen.  If you still cannot find it, please redownload the application or contact the developer for further assitance.  

I have changed devices and my activation key is no longer valid.

Login to your account from this page: http://software.crackberry.com/myaccount.asp.  Click Please contact support for further assistance on the top of the page.  Enter your new PIN and submit.  Support will update the PIN on your account and reply within 48 hours.
