UPDATE: Just got charged $35 in duties for my free PowerBag. No one warned me of this possibility or that it was coming from the States. Happy with the bag, not with the lack of communication from CrackBerry about this :(

We ship to Canada all the time with no issue, and mark items as gifts / samples. It's up to Canadian customs whether or not they wish to charge duties on said items. Unfortunately, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the winner if / when charged and we can't be held responsible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Also, since you're now trying to sell it in the Marketplace, you're still turning a profit off a contest prize.
