The tour is the Blackberry Verizon should have had a year ago in response to the Bold. I can't wait to have my hands on one!

I wanted to officially drop my name in the hat for the free BlackBerry Tour. With all the civil and political unrest in the world (Afghanistan, North Korea, record unemployment, Jon and Kate), at least this contest offers a glimmer of hope that all will be resolved once the Tour is in my possession.

BlackBerry has outdone themselves with this jewel. I have tried many, many other devices and carriers....hands down BB kills them all.

How big will the Tour be? I predict that future archeologists will unconver our world and most the rim-horned glasses wearing guy from Verizon will be viewed as a god....

ive been waiting to a blackberry until this one came out. I couldve gotten the Storm, but im not a fan of all touch screen (especially after my 6th Voyager). I would SO love this phone (without having to pay almost $500; since im not eligible for an upgrade just yet)

are probably about as high as winning the lottery, but that isn't going to stop me from going for a ticket. Here's to good fortune and a new phone.

The fact this this blackberry is a world-phone and has a 3.2MP Camera, SprintTV ect is the wining point for this device.

I love my Storm, especially having switched from Palm/Windows, but I have to admit I would like to have a better device for everyday use. (I miss having a "real" qwerty!) I would love to see what a real Blackberry device feels like and have a reason to brag about being a part of the Crackberry Nation!

and what i really love about the blackberry tour? that its not this stupid storm thats in my pocket and breaking my heart daily. had the pearl <3 had the curve <3 returned it cause the storm seemed cool. great choice till it started having a mind of its own, generally i appreciate a partner thats open minded and has great ideas, not when its my cell phone playing tricks with my mind. i feel like im in a blackberry nightmare.

so yes, i love the tour before using it, because its not whats in my pocket.

Here I sit, not one time have I scored on winnning one thing, but I delight in this chance. And why shouldn't I? The Tour is the answer to my needs on a day to day basis. On Alltel my Curve has proved to top at 300 kbits and that is tops. Nope they can't explain it and can't fix it either and new ones won't get the job done. Now they want us to switch to VZ in a month and all our phones must be replaced - the silly chip thing.

So here I sit, in need. In substantial need actually as there clearly is going to be a run on the bank on July 13.

As a CDMA user I love that it will finally bring access to 4.6 apps. Theres a lot of themes and apps I notice are not available for older models. I love the tour because with it comes the ability to upgrade to the new blackberry messenger once its released. I love the tour's colour (the curve's silver was boring and telus did not launch the black curve). The new screens on blackberry are gorgeous. The added ram will help. One of the biggest thorns in my side is the fact that anything over 4gb on ur memory card slows down the curve. As someone who is a windows mobile guy this is a big pain in the ass. I have a 8gb card for the last 7 months in my curve that is useless because if i go over 4gb it slows down my phone. This new phone with its new O.S. fixes my problem.

Finally as the person who leaked the ridiculous price of this blackberry for telus it would be awesome to get it for free :)

Finally. Verizon has a real next-gen blackberry alternative to the Storm. While I like the Storm, I'm not sure I would have picked it had anything like the Tour been available. I really miss having a real keyboard and, if what the reviews say are true, I don't mind giving up some screen real estate as long as it is nice and crisp.

There are so many things that I love about the BlackBerry Tour. I currently have the Storm which is my 1st BlackBerry and while I love the BlackBerry experience I have grown to dislike the Storm. I am looking forward to having a keyboard, as well as a quick and responsive phone. From the reviews that I have read and the videos I have watched this phone looks and sounds exactly like the phone I have been looking for. This phone has made me a complete CrackBerry addict. I can't wait to have the 256MB of memory as well as the High-resolution Display that is Simply Brilliant. Launch day can't come soon enough!

The Blackberry is the kind of phone I have been waiting for. I currently own the 8830 World Edition from Verizon and not to say bad things about that phone, but lets just say I have my share of problems. I would love this phone because it would eliminate the memory issue I have had on the 8830, I would love this phone because as a driver who has needed a camera on my phone when I have either had accidents and or other events. Well we all know the 8830 doesn't have one. In addition I think I would sport the phone in fashion and style.

I have had several smart phones in the past. Each time I thought that this is the one. Until the Storm came out. It lives up to its name. The more I use it, the more I dislike it. Especially when Blackberry is coming out with newer and better phones. I was on vacation in Las Vegas when Crackberry had posted that the Blackberry Tour was now available on the Verizon network, my carrier. I drove to the local Verizon store to check it out. And man! It is a site to see. Its like looking at a brand new BMW 700 series car in a showroom. First impressions tell a lot. Just the look of its sleekness. The black color and the contour of the Tour. I had the opportunity to try out the display model. I absolutely love the touch pad, even more than the ball. Its almost like a mouse pad. The display screen is amazing and it comes with all the basic applications that you need. The camera works great and takes pictures much quicker than the Storm. I almost bought 1 but I am still under contract for another 10 months. Its like being sentenced to a 10 month jail sentence. I dont just like it because its new to the market. I like it because it absolutely looks spectacular. Trying it out the for 10 minutes that I did was like taking a test drive in a BMW. Well, now its back to terrible weather, and my thunder (Blackberry) Storm. I will say that as great as the tour looks and feels, it still lacks WiFi, but that is totally acceptable.

That has to be the best part of the Tour that it is exclusively a CDMA phone. GSM is always getting love while we North Americans have to always take leftovers or wait for re-makes. Good job RIM and thanks Crackberry for the great coverage!

Ever since I decided to get a BlackBerry, I have used this site for everything that I wanted to know. There is a tremendous amount of info available to an individual, if you are just willing to read. I started with a BB Storm, and quickly decided it was not for me. I sent it back and have been anxiously waiting for the Tour release. I am here every day to see if I can learn anything new, and I have never been disappointed. THANK YOU CrackBerry!!!!!!!
