With the BlackBerry Tour to be available from Verizon and Sprint on July 12th and shortly thereafter from Telus and Bell in Canada (and am sure other CDMA folks - Alltell, etc. will be getting it soon), it's time for us to have a good 'ole fashioned CrackBerry.com contest!!

Prizes:

Grand Prize - A BlackBerry Tour 9630! From your CDMA carrier of choice: Verizon, Sprint, Telus, Bell, etc.. We'll get it to you as soon as it becomes available for purchase.

i had a storm since may this year, i type a lot of emails a day and couldnt deal with the poor OS any longer even after all the hybrids etc. I sold it and just got a curve because of the real keyboard. I was originally waiting out for the Tour since the date was up in the air, but now its coming and i'd really like to get it. Winning this contest would be a nice touch :) world capability, fast, seems stable os, and one of the best keyboards ive seen makes the tour perfect for me!

Hey everyone!

So I just graduated college and have to go on my own plan now. But I simply can't afford having a blackberry. But my mom just threw me a graduation party. (Keep in mind shes a single mom, raising 2 kids). So I trying to save up and get her the tour. But with school loans, I can't afford it.

So if I were to win this Tour- it'd be going to her.

I totally agree. However, if things look so grim from a financial standpoint... how are they going to afford paying for a data + voice plan? Live within your means - stick with a regular phone until things improve. Give me the Tour!

I purchased my first Blackberry a few months ago. It's a 8830 WE and just fell in love with them. I do miss having a camera so I have been patiently waiting for the tour to hit the stores. I have toyed with idea of waiting on the Storm 2 but like the keyboard. Looking forward to having this phone in my pocket.

I picked up a storm in early january and while i fully expected to hang onto it for a while the crack of the berry has taken a hold of me. The tour looks sweet and i think i would love it. I just cant make up my mind So i guess i will have to buy both or maybe i will win a tour!! I could happen. This is why i love crackberry, always giving back to the members.

What you love about the BlackBerry Tour? I don't have it yet, so isn't that premature? I may hate it. (Unlikely.)

I dig that it will be faster, more app mem, better screen, newer OS, better browser. That what tickles my needs.

First and formost....I am a big fan of Blackberry(ever since I got my first Blackberry 8830). Right now, I have the Blackberry 9530 and would L.O.V.E. to get a Blackberry Tour because I think it's a big upgrade from a 9530(in my opinion). Not to mention, being surprise, that it comes the day after my birthday and my birthday is on the 11th of July. So, the month of July is the best month to release a new Blackberry. I hope I win a Blackberry Tour. It will be the first time I win anything in life. GO TOUR! GO!

Having gone through mostly all of the BlackBerry models for Verizon Wireless, my Storm is pretty much on its last limbs (not that I recklessly use it), but I've gone through 3 Storms (for various reasons, malfunctions, defects, etc...) and would like the Tour once released.
