Contest: 100 Free Copies of SimpleWeather

By Adam Zeis on 31 Jul 2009 11:25 am EDT

I got a message from David last night that he has just updated his popular weather app SimpleWeather. The application is a great way to track your local weather right from your device. You can choose up to 3 zip codes, set the update interval and more. The icon will change on your homescreen to reflect the current conditions. SimpleWeather runs on any device with OS 4.3 or higher. The application normally sells for $2.99, but David has thrown us 100 copies to give away free! To enter, just leave a comment on this post. Contest ends this Sunday at Midnight PST. Only one entry per person - so please don't leave more than one comment or only your first entry will count!

Contest: 100 Free Copies of SimpleWeather

Count me in. I can use a good weather app with all the new themes thats out. Thanks for the great contest CrackBerry

I love simple weather, I have actually already purchased one for my storm, but my brother would love a copy for his!

I would love this app. My daughter is so obsessed with the weather, and she would love to have this to play around with on my BB! Being that we live in the country, weather apps are awesome to have on a phone! I hope to win!!!

oh my god I want this SO BAD. i've been testing out weather apps and i don't really like any of the ones i've tried out. this would be amazing

I'm about to lose the plot,
think this is really hot,
love and want this app a lot!!!!!!

The little weather icons are my favorites because they're always changing with our oft-changing Texas weather!

I would love to try this program, with the constant weather changes, it would be nice to have such a valuable program available on my BB storm!

I hear from my I.T. guy at work who has this on his curve, that its very nice and clean. He keeps tabs on his familys weather in mexico with it. Id like a shot at it!

I have looked at other weather programs. I am using Viigo now but feel this software would be much better for the weather needs.

I would love to give this a try. See all kinds of weather programs but dont know which one is the best and worth paying for.

Does anyone know how this compares to WeatherBug? I like WeatherBug but I wish it was a little more accurate. I guess that has more to do with where it is getting its radar readings from.

Weather is important to me. I need to know in advance whether or not I will be able to walk around the city nude.

Thank you.

sounds like a really cool application, it would be really cool if you could change the homescreen background to match the application so you won't have to look for the icon and it's nice to have a different background every now and then.

i would love to check this out. the app i have right now is really bad and free is the best way to go. i need this app badly :)

it can tell me when it's gonna cool down (+100F here - avg is 80)! Only 4th time since 1881 we've had this kind of a heat wave!!!
