Missed Call Alert

If you're constantly on the go and find yourself missing calls, this app is for you. Missed Call Alert integrates with your device and provides you with recurring audible alerts for missed phone calls. You can choose to have it repeat every 30 seconds, 5 minutes or more. You simply set the options and pick an alert in your profiles and your done. Missed Call Alert even supports both vibrate and silent profiles. The app regularly sells for $4.99, but to celebrate the launch, we have 100 copies to give away free. Just leave a comment on this post to be entered. Contest ends this Sunday at Midnight PST. I'm a truck driver and use my curve a lot. Often times I can't hear the phone and not notice the little miissed call icon while driving. This app is pretty neat and should grab your attention cuz it actually shows msg on the main screen. Been waiting for something like it for awhile now.

This would be very handy; I seem to have trouble hearing my phone ring a lot of the time. My phone before the blackberry did something similar; this could be very handy for my blackberry as well!

I think and application like this is a great invention especially when I miss alot of calls b/c I can't always pay attention to my blackberry due to having to pay attention to other things. Since I have owned my BlackBerry 8330 (Sprint) I have found this site very helpful and the staff,Posters & Moderaters are awesome, if an answer can't be found then someone will usually have an answer along the way, patience is the key but most of the time the response's are quick.. Even the FAQ's are covered in great detail and the lecture 101 series is top notch..

I purchased another somewhat similar app, and have been rather disappointed with it. Missed Call seems like a great app to alert when a call has been received and not detected, or could not be answered. The call screening aspect is another component of this app that makes it appealing - a utility that all BB users will want and frequently take advantage of.

I am always in meetings and miss many calls, it is n ot often easy to re check and sometimes in the ruch miss some. I would love this as it would ensure I did not miss another call.
