Welcome to our first weekly software roundup! Each Thursday I'll be coming at you with the newest BlackBerry software titles and latest updates to hit the net and our software store.

This past week has seen a number of new titles enter the BlackBerry space. Get the lowdown after the jump!

Software Roundup:

For a complete list of what's new in our software store, click here.

Win@BlackJack and Win@Roulette. Learn about the games, and more importantly, learn how to win! The games are fun and are perfect for those down times when you need a break or simply want to kill a little time. Priced at $9.99 these titles are well worth it.

We've also added a bunch of background packages to the store. Lightscapes BlackBerry Backgrounds, Liquid Light BlackBerry Backgrounds, Living Planet BlackBerry Backgrounds, Alien Artifacts BlackBerry Backgrounds, Holidays BlackBerry Backgrounds and Kaleidoscope Abstract BlackBerry Backgrounds packages are all awesome. Each contains over 300 backgrounds you can use as wallpaper on your berry...and each sells for a reasonable $6.95. (You can also download trial versions of each of these. Try 'em out!)

...And while you're at it, check out the CrackBerry Wallpaper Maker and Wallpaper Gallery for a huge selection of Backgrounds and Wallpapers!

Free of charge and getting a huge amount of downloads this week is Microsoft's newest version of Live Search for BlackBerry

Lastly, we've added My Check Book 3. A handy little app that replaces the old fashioned check book. If you like keeping track of your banking records on the go, then this one might be worth a look at. It's available for $29.99 right now in the store.

I hope you enjoy these titles! To get the latest updates from our store, subscribe to the CrackBerry Store RSS Feed... But if you don't.. I'll be back next week to tell you what's new!

Anybody know of a diary/journal application for 8300 Curve? I had one with my Windows Mobile PPC through Franklin Dayplanner and got hooked. Alternatively, if I could find a timestamp application, I could just use the memo pad in BB.
