My company is just starting our Chalk pushcast environment so I've had positive first-hand experience with deploying Chalk via BES.

This newest version available is very well done. It does support devices with 5.0 and accurately recognizes all of the new Verizon devices we've been buying, correctly distinguishing between touch vs non-touch.

Technical support has been good so far too. We found last Friday that the 8530 wasn't listed in the "supported device" logic for the BES client. Monday I was notified that they updated the package to include that device. Probably a small change, but nice that they're so responsive!
