One of my favorite cases for all my devices has to be the Barely There from Case-Mate. The Barely There case for the BlackBerry Pearl 3G is Case-Mate's new line of sporty cases for the Pearl 3G. too bad the case slides up and down about 1/8 inch! I love the Barely There series but it sucks for this phone! I would strongly recommend looking at the Incipio equivalent (ultra thin) although i haven't personally tested that one...
