If you like the Tetris style of game you will love Candy Bombs for BlackBerry 10. Although an Android port you don't really notice it as it runs so beautifully. Where the game is different from Tetris is that instead of different shapes falling down the screen - with Candy Bombs we get two different colored circular bombs. The idea is to get four or more of the same colored bombs in a row and they will explode as you don't want them to reach the top of the screen.

At the base of the display are your on screen controls. On the left are your left and right tabs. Next to that is the rotate one and then finally on the right is the one to make your bombs drop quicker. The tabs are nice and big and make controlling your bombs simple.

Like with Tetris you also get a preview window of which colored bombs are coming up next. I'll be honest and say that I'm not a huge fan of this style of game but I know that millions of you out there are - so for £0.75/$0.99 Candy Bombs offers pretty good value for money.

It's colorful, fast paced and will get the old brain matter working overtime. Let us know your thoughts please in the comments?

I don't have a single game in my Z 10 I 'd rather have useful apps like AutoCAD 360. My BlackBerry 10 is a tool not a toy.

Wouldn't hurt to have games available

Well don't take me wrong! I'm not against games in fact I do have a bunch in my PlayBook. But I'd rather see more useful apps than "time killers" The Z 10 is great I bet it will handle drafting and modeling very well, now that's a great use for a great device I care less for making some birds angry because I crushed their candy while running in a temple. Is just that in proportion we get more games than quality productivity apps or other useful apps. Where is Starbuck? I would pay for the app!

I agree. Have found a few mystery games that keep my brain going. But would love the productivity to be tapped. And yeah. Need my Starbucks app. Go to their website. mystarbucksidea.com. And request.

Did that even sent an email to them telling them that BlackBerry users will cover the cost of making the app by paying for it! But no response I see Starbucks as synonymous with apple.

That's the kind of talk that got BlackBerry in its current rut.

All though I agree with the comment where it's OK to play games I would like to see some reviews on some "tools" found. Or are we only getting games now a days? Not a rant. Just wanting to add more tools as well

Is it just me or are the comments for this game on BlackBerry World a little fishy...especially the ones by commenters with numbers in their names. far too many people commenting on "the fps," that their "kids love it," or "way better than Kirby." Seriously, Kirby? And not just once but at least 15 make the same comment. Something stinks...

Just get candy crush on the Z10 and my wife(and maybe me) will be happy.

Knock-off games are ok, but when a game is popular like Candy Crush... it hurts the platform when it isn't available.

Glad that BB has the Angry Bird franchise on board now (at least some of the games), but that isn't what is HOT anymore with the casual and social gamers.

Oh please! Let's there be love for everybody, all type of apps shall be welcome for those who take advantage for business and those for entertainment instead....
