BlackBerry World now available in the Beta Zone for BBOS

If you've not yet moved to a BlackBerry 10 device, there's still plenty of love to be found in the BlackBerry Beta Zone. A new release of BlackBerry World has now arrived and is available for download. This release sees BlackBerry World jump into v4.4.0.19 and carries a fairly short change long:

BlackBerry World 4.4 includes several bug fixes designed to improve the overall performance and stability of the application.

That about sums it up. If you're looking to give it a go, you can head on into the BlackBerry Beta Zone and grab the download right now. Let us and others know in the comments how it's all working out for you, should you decide to test it out.

Can one download music via BlackBerry World on legacy devices? If not, I wonder if that could be a source of income for BlackBerry.

At some point BlackBerry needs to get everyone over to BB10.

Having to run two versions at the same time is killing the company.

There needs to be a cut off point soon before its too late.

Tell that to the rest of the 3rd world (aka BB's biggest market)

The only way I would move to bb10 is if I had one given to me. I cannot risk loosing more money to blackberry like I did with my playbook.

What happened to your Playbook?

Well I bought it after the promise of bb10 and now they won't even fix the bugs that pb 2.0 has.
