I love this app... on my recent trip to europe and asia, i had 4 flights, 8 trains and numerous hostel/hotel books all scheduled and kept me organized while keeping track of the time zone i was in. By far my favourite and useful app

I've used it in Panamá and Honduras. I will use it in Ireland soon, too. Good stuff.

Hi @pmich,
Alex from RIM here. I love BlackBerry Travel, too! It’s been a lifesaver for me many times with flight status updates. Another great app I love having with me when I’m on the road is Poynt – a BlackBerry Super App that connects you and your surroundings when you’re in a new place. Also, if you have a PlayBook, you can use Poynt to “push” a phone call to your BlackBerry smartphone via BlackBerry Bridge. For example, you could easily call and book a reservation at the restaurant that Poynt just helped you find.
Here’s a demo showing the Poynt app in action: http://bbry.lv/juIXiu.
Cheers,
Alex, RIM Social Media Team

This is a great app. Next to BlackBerry Traffic, it's my favorite BlackBerry-produced app.

Unfortunately, I cannot stop making it send me those stupid "confirmation" e-mails! I can tell the trip or portion thereof has been added to my BB Travel because I have a notification thingie on it - why do I need a dumb e-mail to tell me the same thing.
WORSE though, is that on my new VzW 9930, I can't DELETE the confirmation e-mails without doing a battery pull! WTF? :-(
I'm considering going back to TripIt! Heck, I already paid for it for a year, but the only problem with it is that it uses a browser-based process, not one where it stores the information directly on your phone like BB Trips.
