I consider it sacriligious but I guess there's no better way to guarantee your video gets posted around the web than to tear apart and put back together a new smartphone. Seriously, how could somebody not want to see this?! This time around it looks like the folks at phonewreck.com got beat to the punch by gsmphone-unlocking.com in the race to tear down the BlackBerry Tour. CrackBerry Addicts will want to watch the 5m39s video in its entirety, but be sure to hit the mute button before your ears start to bleed.

OK, dumb question for you engineer types out there. Is there any way to tell from watching this video if the 9630 is WiFi "ready"? Just wondering if somebody smarter than me can tell by looking at the motherboard once it's torn down?

I like how the back on that Tour is all glossy. The one on the VZW 9630 is only glossy in the center

AWESOME video which almost made me want to pull mine apart. Prolly not such a great idea to record and publish the bar codes on the back of an id card though.
