I am a new Blackberry owner for a month now. I got the Torch because I lOve the keypad and touch screen. As someone switching from an iPhone to BLackberry, the system is a bit harder to use or understand. I am learning how to use it. One feature I love is how you can customize the themes. I would like to win tHis book to see what else I can do on my Blackberry Torch.

Seeing as i work for a mobile device retailer and im a huge crackbery fan, this would increase my knowledge of the phone tremendously! Thus allowing me to sell these babies like they are hotcakes..putting more coin into RIM'S pockets. And they will hopefully use that cash to make us new pretty little QNX phones :D

I am working on getting everyone in my family on a Blackberry and the Torch is what i am pushing. Having this book would answer a ton of questions i get when showing family members how cool the torch is. Here's hoping you choose me!.

The Torch is my first BB. And I love it's integration. But this book would seriously help me to beef up my knowledge of how it integrates.

It would also help me figure out easier and quicker ways to flesh out my address book, sort out my confusion on BB maps vs. Google Local search and most importantly, answer the question as to why I can't seem to add favourites to maps.

But don't worry, I'd still use the forums even if I had this awesome book.

Here's the thing...

My Mom received a Torch for Christmas. She's super happy and excited and wants to know everything she can do with her new smartphone.

Unfortunately, that means she contacts me with every little question she can think of as it pops into her head. She knows how to use the Torch well enough to be able to do this over a number of communication channels, and, thanks especially to BBM, can tell if I'm ignoring her.

For years I've been her personal tech support. The Torch has raised the demand to a new level. I really need this book. I'll give it to her...it'll benefit us both.

I have gone through two recently switching to the torch from the bold. I've always been a user of other cell phones until recently switching to bb. I have used a couple of different blackberry s in the last two years but now after switching to the Torch and OS 6 which TouchScreen Navigation I have to google some hints or have to look into the help files to get the most of my Torch.
