BlackBerry Torch 9850 lands at Alltel

Kinda pricey but nice phone ! My mom will L0VE this b/c her bullsh*t HTC Wildfire has been acting up lately . However, I'm STILL waiting for the Bold 9930 b/c my 9650 is in its "last days" . I thought Alltel would've released the Bold before the Torch ! :/

I am on Alltel. I have a 8530. My contract is up in late May 2012. Should i bite the bullet and get the 9850 or wait and see if RIM releases their new phone with BBX? I know RIM is always late with a release and Alltel is even later getting the new stuff that is not Android. Does anyone know if the OS 7 phones will run the new BBX OS? I just hate to spend that kind of money and not be able to run the BBX OS. I love the QNX OS on my Playbook. Alltel still offers unlimited data and unlimited texts! I live in Southern Illinois, (5 hours South of Chicago) Southern Illinois does not start at the South Cook county line!

They still exist in some parts of the USA. Verizon sold them off after taking all of their best assets.
