The Evo is AMAZING!

Why does RIM continue to put the battery at the top of there phones? It makes it top heavy and uncomfortable. Also, why do most phones have there USB near the bottom of the phone? Don't they realize that most of us probably put our phone in the cup holder when it's being charged in the car. Then again, maybe it's just one of my other pet peeves.

i do like how the icons move if u put it in landscape or portrait. im not sure if android does that but if not AWSUM!!!

Looks nice. Though with those kinds of photos, even in their reduced state, you can see that the screen just isn't the same as some of the others. Don't get me wrong...it's a nice phone for RIM, but it just should have been out a while ago.

until I noticed no contacts for a charging pod. Not a big deal if RIM would have stuck with Mini USB, but the Micro is just too fragile. Plus, Bedside Mode really only cool when the phone is standing up at the, you know, bedside. Going back to biding my time for a 9700.

The form factor is pretty nice. The keyboard has a good feel. Being a Storm user though, there would definitely be a bit of adjustment to the non-click touch screen. I was executing all sorts of stuff when I was just trying to scroll. All-in-all, a nice device... If I were shopping by device only and had a choice between the Torch and that flip thing, I'd take the Torch in a heartbeat.

looks decent but not a fan of the rear of the phone. The front and sides of the phone are nice looking, shiny, and such but the rear is just a bland flat black. looks like they ran out of their design deadline and finished it up last minute lol
