Theme Roundup

Its time again to bring you, the valued readers of CrackBerry, more themes for your enjoyment. We have decided to add a little Valentines's Day flavor to this roundup, in honor of the fast approaching occasion (as well as a subtle reminder to all you guys (and girls) out there frantically checking your calendars and wallets, your valentine will love many of the accessories in our store :) ). Hit the jump and we will present our top free and paid picks of the week, and even give you a little something you could win in time to dress up your darling's BlackBerry for Valentine's Day.

Free Themes of the Week

Animated Hello Kitty

Our Top free non-touchscreen theme gives a shout-out to the past, being made for the 83xx and 88xx devices. Animated Hello Kitty by Cool Blackberry Themes features 4 side docked icons and plenty of pink. This theme also brings an animated Hello Kitty wallpaper to the lock screen, giving this theme just a little more flair. Head over to the forums link below for an OTA download.

Disney Valentine

Disney Valentine is our free pick this week for touchscreen devices, also by Cool BlackBerry Themes. This theme features 7 user defined icons that are displayed on the homescreen in an inverted L shape. Overall, Disney Theme brings a Valentine's Day feel, cute Disney characters, and a wonderful look without too much clutter. It is available for your 95xx devices via the link below.

Paid Themes of the Week

Our top paid theme pick for non-toucscreen devices goes to ValentineBB by BB-Freaks. This theme will have you feeling the love of Valentine's Day, while still keeping your BlackBerry very functional. ValentineBB features 5 customizable icons at the top of the homescreen in addition to 5 more locked icons on the bottom, giving you fast access to such commonly used shortcuts as the keyboard lock, profiles and manage connections. The homescreen is very well laid out and the colors are sharp, flowing throughout the entire theme. ValentineBB is on sale for $2.99 until February 5th, and available for the 9000, 9630, 8900, and 9700.

Needing to declare your Valentine's Day spirit taking advantage of all that screen real estate on your 95xx series device? Then Valentine by Dasher Technology is the theme for you. This theme features 4 side docked user customizable icons, cute heart icons, a "love'ly font, and a beautiful shade of red throughout the theme. The small amount of icons on the homescreen make it very easy to add your own custom wallpaper, or even a picture of your loved one. Valentine is available for $2.99 until February 28th for your 95xx device running OS 5.0.

Contest: We have 30 copies of ValentineBB to give away. Just leave a comment on this post to enter. Contest ends this Sunday at Midnight PST. Please only leave one comment, multiple entries wont count.

Thats it for this week's theme roundup. We will be back next week with our picks and promise to do something to balance out all the pink in this week's. Keep those emails coming to, especially the free theme tips. There are a lot of great free themes out there in the forums, we need your help to sort thru all of them.
