Just 10 by CJH
For those of you who are patiently waiting for your country/carrier to release the Z10 (I'm looking at you AT&T!), then popular developer CJH has you covered with their latest Just 10. No stranger to the roundup, all of their themes draw you in with their simplicity, functionality, and inventiveness. Not only does it free up space on your home screen to enjoy your favorite wallpapers but it blows you away with the hidden peek dock and translucent icons. One of the best they've coded to date, Just 10 is smooth, elegant, and offers a convenient dock for anyone wanting to replicate the BB10 interface on their display. As an admirer of their work, you won't be disappointed with the quality of their themes. Available for $0.99, it is compatible with BlackBerry 8900/80, 9000, 9100/05, 9220, 9310/20/50/60/70/80, 9630/50/70, 9700/80/88/90, 9800/10/50/60, 9900/30/81 running OS 5 and higher.
Another fine design this week is Future10 by Lyon Design. I'm always amazed and in awe of all the wonderful theme developers who hand code for OS 7 and this one is no exception. With the familiar BB10 icon tiles and characteristics this is a clean, professional, and original theme for your compatible device. Future10 also features a large clock on the home screen, today calendar, dedicated weather slot, and icon screen animation switch at the bottom. Be sure to check it out at the link below for $3.99. It is available for BlackBerry 9350/60/70, 9620/50, 9700/80/88/90, 9810/50/60, and 9900/30/81 running OS 6 and higher.
Touch Blue Free by MNG Theme is perfect for dressing up your display. With its new unique user interface, custom icon set, clean layout, small banner, and two different clock positions it is a nice and innovative looking theme. As a fully customized theme be warned that your icons in folders will be hidden but that is easily remedied by using Universal Search. In addition, landscape support is not available for Torch devices. There are fixed icons available (device dependent), a widget and includes a hidden dock. Touch Blue Free is available for BlackBerry 8900, 9630/50, 9700/80/88/90, 9800/10/50/60, and 9900/30/81 running OS 5 and higher.
What BB10 theme collection would be complete without the talents and drkapprenticeDESIGNS? They've taken their Peek design and updated it with real BB10 icons! This version features a skinned calculator and media player, updated BB10 message indicators, custom application menu wallpaper (you can set which background appears by whatever you set on the last theme), and, of course, all of the hotkeys and customizations of the original version. I just love how it includes the read/unread icons of BB10 for all of my messages even on BlackBerry Messenger. With all of the extra bells and whistles Peek is certainly complete as a BB10 replica theme. Not one to pass up you can find it for $1.99 at the link below.
Raypho never fails to bring theme addicts beautiful and wondrous designs. Londor is a simple, clean, and bright theme to liven up your display no matter which background you choose to go with it. It offers a hidden zen style activated with shortcuts, refreshing icons, weather slot, custom battery and signal meters, lovely blue colors sprinkled throughout the menus and dialog boxes, and redesigned home screen and banners. You can find Londor in BlackBerry World for $1.99. It is compatible with BlackBerry 8350i, 8520/30, 8900/10/80, 9100/05, 9220, 9300/10/20/30/50/60/70/80, 9620/30/50/70, 9700/80/88/90, 9800/10/50/60, and 9900/30/81.
