If for whatever reason you're running into issues with your BlackBerry Priv smartphone or simply want a fresh start and need to reload the OS, BlackBerry has now released the necessary files to do so. The autoloader files as they're referred to will wipe your device entirely clean of any data allowing you to start with a clean slate. You will want to be careful though and ensure you grab the right OS for your device as there is currently four to choose from.
- AT&T - (AAG873)
- T-Mobile USA - (AAG853)
- Verizon - (AAF055)
- Non US Carrier - STV100-1, STV100-3, STV100-4 - (AAG853)
While we try to keep these links updated, you should also double check the official BlackBerry page to ensure what is posted here is on par with what is currently available from BlackBerry
The files, right now, are based on older released versions of the OS and when installed, will prompt you to update to a newer OS if applicable. We'll keep this list updated here and in the CrackBerry Forums, so that everyone knows where to find the current releases. If you're looking to find out how to install these files, be sure to check out our 'How to reload the OS on your BlackBerry Priv' post. And as always, you use these files at your own risk, don't blame us if you break things.
