Although the original release of OS 10.3.1.1016 has disappeared, the fact it even made its way out to begin with means it was caught by many folks and as such, autoloaders for it have been created for every BlackBerry 10 device available and are now available for download in the CrackBerry Forums.
While it can't really be called a leak by the standard definition, we have to treat it like one and advise you that should you decide to download any of the autoloaders and run them, you do so at your own risk. I wholeheartedly suggest you read the findings and fixes thread before you jump in and decide if you want to load this.
With that bit of a disclaimer out of the way, you can head on into the CrackBerry Forums to get yourself started.
